تقديم :-

ان البحث في مفهوم المكانة الدولية في السياسة الدولية له العديد من المتغيرات النشطة التي تؤثر على مسار الأحداث في النظام الدولي وكيف تؤثر المكانة الدولية على تفكير صناع القرار السياسي في القوى الكبرى مثل الولايات المتحدة والصين. أهمية بحر الصين الشرقي ، فضلا عن تفاقم قضية تايوان ;بسبب سلسلة من الأسباب الداخلية ووجود تدخلات خارجية وإقليمية ودولية ، دفع العديد من الباحثين والدارسين إلى دراسته كموضوع للدراسة.

ان المكانة الدولية لها اثر في اهمية الدولة الاستراتيجية في علاقاتها مع الدول الاخرى الاقليمية والدولية،وتعد تايوان من اهم القضايا التي تثير الخلاف بين البلدين تعد تايوان ارث قديم لجمهورية الصين الشعبية وجزء لايتجزء منها ، اما بالنسبة للولايات المتحدة فتعتبر حلقة وصل تربطها في منطقة اسيا الباسيفيك ، والتي من خلالها تعتزم الولايات المتحدة بمساعدة حلفائها كل من اليابان وكوريا الجنوبية ، كمان لتايوان اهمية اقتصادية مهمة حيث انها من اكبر الدول المصنعة للرقائق الالكترونية واشباه الموصلات، بالإضافة لاستخدام تايوان باعتبارها ورقة رابحة لمحاولة احتواء التوسع الصيني الاقليمي في المنطقة ومحاولة تطويقها .

اذ تحاول الدراسة إيجاد العوامل التي تجعل الطرفين يبتعدان عن سياسة التصعيد عبر المضيق في الفكر والممارسة ، أو على الأقل ضبط وتحليل أي صراعات تصعيدية ، حتى لا تفقد السيطرة في هذه التفاعلات ثم بعد ذلك. الانزلاق نحو التصعيد ، والضغط من أجل إعادة التوحيد القسري للصين مع تايوان ، وهذا بدوره يدفع تايوان لإعلان الاستقلال وحل قضية أن تصبح إحدى مقاطعات الصين المتمردة.

اذ قدمت الدراسة ثلاثة مشاهد مستقبلية لمكانة تايوان في الادراك الاستراتيجي الامريكي – الصيني، مشهد انفصال تايوان واستقلالها ، والمشهد الثاني اعادة توحيد تايوان مع الصين ، في حين المشهد الأخير يرجح بقاء الوضع الراهن على ماهو عليه .

Abstract

Research into the concept of international status in international politics has many active variables that affect the course of events in the international system and how international status affects the thinking of political decision-makers in major powers such as the United States and China. The importance of the East China Sea, as well as the exacerbation of the Taiwan issue due to a series of internal causes and the presence of external, regional and international interventions, prompted many researchers and scholars to study it as a subject of study.The international standing has an impact on the country’s strategic importance in its relations with other regional and international countries, and Taiwan is one of the most important issues that raises the dispute between the two countries, considering Taiwan is an ancient legacy of the People’s Republic of China and an integral part of it, as for the United States, it is considered a link linking it in the Asia Pacific region , through which the United States intends to help its allies Japan and South Korea, and Taiwan has an important economic importance as it is one of the largest manufacturers of electronic chips and semiconductors, in addition to using Taiwan as a trump card to try to contain the Chinese regional expansion in the region and try to surround it . The study attempts to find the factors that make the two parties move away from the policy of escalation across the strait in thought and practice, or at least to control and analyze any conflicts and escalatory conflicts, so as not to lose control in these interactions and then after that. Slipping towards escalation, pressing for the forced reunification of China with Taiwan, which in turn pushes Taiwan to declare independence and resolve the issue of becoming one of China’s rebellious provinces.

The study presented three future scenes of Taiwan’s position in the US-Chinese strategic perception, the scene of the continuation of the status quo and remaining as it is, the second scene of Taiwan’s separation and independence, and the third scene of Taiwan’s reunification with China
