Establishment of a US military base on the borders of Gaza : Possible outcomes

Internationalization of the American plan to establish peace in Gaza :

– In a completely different way from the usual American political behavior, American diplomacy voluntarily and selectively went to the United Nations building, specifically to the floor allocated to the United Nations Security Council to put forward an American draft resolution entitled Peace and Stability in Gaza, consisting of 20 points, which represented a plan announced by President Trump at a promotional ceremony in the Egyptian city of Sharm el-Sheikh, where the ousted President Mubarak was receiving the blessing of the enemies of the Egyptian people and its sincere friends of the Jews and the Zionist Jews, and the marginal differences, and there is no objection at all to meeting with Ragdal. American laws to name a few:

1- Sanctions Law on Iran and Libya This law issued by Congress in 1996  imposed economic sanctions on companies doing business with Iran and Libya, and on September 30, 2006, the law was renamed the Iranian Penal Code (ISA) because it no longer applies to Libya and was extended until December 31, 2011 until March 2008, and no ISA sanctions were imposed against any non-American company, and the law allows the president to waive Although this waiver is subject to renewal every six months and despite restrictions on U.S. investment in Iran, the provisions of the Foreign Direct Investment Act apply to all foreign investors and many Iranian expatriates residing in the United States continue to make significant investments in Iran.

2- The Law on the Liberation of Iraq, co-sponsored by MP Benjamin A. Gilman (R-NY-20) and co-sponsored by Rep. Christopher Cox (R-Calif.-47) The bill was introduced as H.R. 4655 on September 29, 1998, the House passed Bill 360-38 on October 5, the Senate unanimously approved it two days later and was signed by President Clinton on October 31, 1998.

– In my estimation : there is a very strong reason why the United States and the Zionist entity are not satisfied with the issuance of a law on Gaza by the American Congress, and its title should be “Peace in Gaza”, so the attempt to decipher most or some of the reason or/reasons why American diplomacy resorted to the United Nations Security Council in the conflict currently going on in Gaza is a matter of utmost importance, as the United States’ keenness to give the international character to Trump’s plan did not come with an amnesty or a necessary blow. The United States resorts to removing Trump’s contradictory and even ambiguous plan in many of its intersecting lines from the US Congress building, as has been the custom of American diplomacy in certain cases, so the clear answer to this question will reveal the concealment of an invisible space or areas of the American strategy and even from those of other superpowers with interests in the Middle East. Specifically in other crises, according to the dependent and independent variables of each case separately and according to the priorities of the American interests at the time, and based on the above, the calculated departure of the United States from the rule of issuing a law by the U.S. Congress, as usual, may mean :

 It was the Zionist entity that asked US President Donald Trump to internationalize his plan, and apparently he would have made do with the festival he held in Sharm el-Sheikh with the participation of 30 representatives of countries, including countries that have nothing to do with what is happening in Gaza, such as Armenia and Paraguay, and if this is true – and this is very likely – this may be confirmed by a statement made by the head of the Zionist entity, Haim Herzog, to  the Greek Cypriot  newspaper Phillipephitheros, published by the Hebrew www.gundemkibris.com website on November 30, 2025, in which he described The recent resolution of the Security Council is historic, so and for other reasons, it is likely in my estimation that there was a keenness on the part of the Zionists to provide international and not only American cover for the Trump plan, and they had that, and I think that the key to the overall understanding of the Jewish personality lies in the fact that there is always a reserve space and/or expected in the depth of this personality for the “next step”, and in our case, this step may have been the next construction on the basis of the content of the international resolution 2803 or selected from its twenty points of the resolution. In a clearer sense, perhaps this decision was a codification intended to be internationalized for the displacement plan that they will make in any way voluntarily, as the Arab arena is currently full of concessions, abandoners, lacklusters, accomplices and traitors, and it will not be resisted, and this is the case of one of the miserable Arabs.

 Russia and the People’s Republic of China have always opposed or abstained from voting when presenting the US draft resolutions, and it is difficult to exclude this draft plan, which includes the Trump 20-point plan, from this rule, and therefore, when it was put to the vote of the 15 members of the UN Security Council on November 18, 2025, the Russian delegation and the Chinese delegation abstained from voting on it, but  the Palestinian   resistance factionsIt rejected the resolution as an international tutelage and an attempt to disarm the resistance, and in the case of such a fateful resolution, Russia and China should have exercised together or one of them the right  of veto on the American draft resolution and thwarted the American/Zionist diplomatic path in its infancy, but the Russian and Chinese abstention does not invalidate the American draft resolution, and this is a Russian/Chinese service to the Zionist entity and its strong ally, the United States, so there must be a rewarding return for them, and therefore it is not unlikely that there will be a deal and/or a barter. It took place between the Russians and the Americans, or between all three of them, i.e. Russia, China, and the United States, with Ukraine in the case of the Russians, and Taiwan in the case of China.

    C . The United States and the Zionist entity, through the issuance of Resolution 2803 on Gaza, are preparing for the issuance of a subsequent Security Council resolution, which:

     (1) A Security Council resolution to legalize the voluntary displacement of Palestinians in Gaza as a disaster zone, and the issuance of such a resolution would face serious legal obstacles.

 (2) The adoption of a Security Council resolution authorizing the use of the provisions of Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations in the situation in Gaza, as resolution 2803 on Gaza of 18 November 2025 referred to a dangerous key phrase that reads: “Determining that the situation in the Gaza Strip threatens peace in the region and the security of neighbouring States, and recalling previous Security Council resolutions relevant to the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question…..;

     D – There is an almost international rejection of the American policy and a semi-popular rejection in the Arab world, and the American policy suffers from a state of suffocation as a result of the toxic relationship between the American regime and the Zionist genocidal entity, so the Trump plan had to be produced internationally so that this flawed plan expresses an international political will and not only the American will, despite the fact that the Trump administration is not friendly and in harmony with the United Nations, as the first and second Trump administrations reduced their contribution to the financing of the UN peacekeeping operation. I still tend to form these forces outside the United Nations system for various reasons, namely that the United States withdrew from UNESCO and encouraged the Zionists to undermine the role of UNRWA in the occupied Palestinian territories, and even the Trump administration destroyed the United States Agency for International Development (USAID ), but it was directed with great anger as a result of the captivating and provocative impact of its politicians, especially among the youth.

– The fact that we must be aware of and invoke in any phrase uttered by the American president is that there are “memoranda” of a strategic understanding between the Zionist entity and the United States, and this means in fact that the Trump plan is not a purely American diplomatic mental work, but rather a joint American/Zionist action, and this plan in this sense expands to include and fulfills the future of the Zionist vision for Gaza. Even when it is covered by Security Council Resolution 2803, it is rejected, but it is rejected because it is deplorable, and Hamas did well and its strike in Gaza, but it did not announce its rejection or acceptance, because this plan was issued by an enemy, and this is enough to understand the position of Hamas and its strike.

– Glory be to God Almighty, and for reasons not necessarily related to the importance of international law, to which the United Nations is a major tributary, the  Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations, Mike Waltz, presented on November 5,  2025,  a draft resolution to the members of the United Nations  Security Council – as requested by the Zionist entity – endorsing President Donald Trump’s plan with which the United States once again struck at the United Nations resolutions Ignoring the decisions of the same kind as this Trump plan, and the only difference between them and the driving resolutions such as the United Nations resolutions on the Golan, the West Bank and Gaza, is that the latest resolution that includes Trump’s plan on Gaza is hybrid, as the plan of the US President Trump consists of twenty points to end the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, and it was contained in the so-called peace declaration signed in the city of Sharm el-Sheikh by the rulers of regimes in the Middle East (neither Israel nor Hamas signed it).With this signing, they  have undoubtedly agreed to disarm Hamas and control the Palestinians, and this has happened at a time when Israel maintains its military control over Gaza and continues its efforts to expel the Palestinians from their lands and thus to issue a decree that will make them direct partners in the genocide and ethnic cleansing committed by Israel in Gaza.  The scene that took place in Sharm el-Sheikh was  an obscene scene and even the most disgusting in the long history of the Middle Eastern regimes of betraying the Palestinians, as the peace declaration signed by the rulers of the Middle East regimes was signed and a ceasefire was implemented,  and Trump’s  fictitious peace plan allowed Israel to control 58%From the land that is now completely depopulated behind the Yellow Line in the east, where fortifications are being built, and at the same time more than two million Palestinians, most of whom  are crammed into tents, scattered over the  remaining 42 percent, this is the beginning of permanent partition and occupation of Gaza while daily mass killings and deliberate starvation of the population continue.When President Trump’s plan was referred to the United Nations Security Council as a draft resolution, this resolution was issued with the approval of 13 members of the United Nations Security Council and the abstention of the Russian and Chinese delegations, and the resolution was issued including President Trump’s plan, and it was noted that the plan that was turned into a UN resolution has not been accepted or rejected by the Zionist entity since its announcement on September 28, 2025, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: Israel is working on the plan with Washington and that nothing has been finalized and in his speech to the UN General Assembly on September 26, he added that “Gaza will be demilitarized and Israel will retain the dominant security control and refuse to establish a state imposed from abroad, declaring that “Israel will not allow a terrorist state to be pushed down our throats.”   It seems that in the period between the announcement of this plan by the United States and its submission to the United Nations Security Council,  the supposed Arab  rulers asked the American president to direct the film “The Plan” so that the plan would be painted with an international paint, and mostly they wanted this to alleviate  the popular pressures that they kept resisting, so that their forces and the strength of their security apparatus were almost destroyed, so that they would not be stigmatized for conspiring against the Palestinian cause, not in the Arab streets, but on social media platforms. This resolution issued by the UN Security Council is based on the content of the statement issued by the White House on September 29, 2025, and in this statement twenty points, including the call for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, followed by the implementation  of a comprehensive program for reconstruction and the reorganization of the political and security situation in the Gaza Strip, and the Zionist entity agreed.      Since the announcement of this plan, those who make decisions in Arab capitals have been looking with the United States for the need to find international cover that this plan lacks in order to cover it in front of history before it is in front of their peoples.  They sent unannounced messages with  the United States that there is a need to impose a certain amount of pressure on Hamas in particular by reaching a nominal goal that this plan is purely an international will after the adoption of the 15 permanent and non-permanent members, while in fact the resolution is built by the American/Zionist with distinction, and despite this,  the Security Council adopted it. The international American draft resolution (Trump’s plan) has already been adopted by Resolution No. 2803 November 17, 2025, and of course, as is the case in critical resolutions, the diplomacy of the major powers resorts to the method of deals and/or barters, and this is the view of the permanent members of the UN Security Council, appointed by Russia, China, the United States, Britain and France (submitted by Russia on November 13, 2025).A short alternative text asks the UN Secretary-General to present options for the implementation of the US plan, including through the deployment of a stabilization force, but it does not mention the Peace Council (this council will be chaired by US President Donald Trump and will be responsible for the administration and reconstruction of Gaza).   Outside the Security Council, the interests, goals and plans of the Big Five coexist, and these interests are sometimes in conflict with those Security Council deals, but when it comes to critical decisions, the need arises to make deals or practice the art of bartering between the Big Five, and this is what happened in the end between the United States, Russia, and China, and of course the diplomats of the region were marginalized, except for diplomacy. Therefore, the resolution proposed by the United States to the UN Security Council has three integrated objectives  :

(1)  Providing international cover for Trump’s plan and ensuring that no international power/power is immune to its realization (which is not the case, diplomatic and political deals have been made to achieve this cover).

(2)  The council will be blessed for the establishment of an international “peace council” to oversee the implementation of the Trump plan in Gaza, which will be  chaired by Trump himself according to the 20-point plan, which will serve as an external administration over the Gaza  Strip that oversees governance, reconstruction, economic development, and the delivery of humanitarian aid.

(3) To give the Council a mandate to establish an international stabilization force (as stipulated in the plan) to work together with the Zionist entity and Egypt to achieve virtual security stability  in Gaza for an initial period of one year,  during which the ISF will be established by and under the “strategic direction” of the Peace Council, which I believe is a modified version of the United Nations Trusteeship Council. I would like to recall that the history of the Arab/Zionist conflict (the days when the conflict was Arab) witnessed  the adoption of a UN resolution entitled Unity for Peace for the first time in 1950, which provided an alternative route when the Security Council faced a critical path by granting the United Nations General Assembly the power to convene an emergency special session within 24 hours at the request of one Member State or through a majority, enabling it to make recommendations and maintain or restore international peace and security. The first use of the Unitarian Peace resolution against two NATO members, France and the United Kingdom, was during the Suez Crisis in 1956, a United Nations peacekeeping force known as the United Nations Emergency Force (UNEF) was established and sent to Sinai, and this force succeeded in securing, supervising and stopping hostilities. The     United Nations General Assembly has voted twice since October 7 under the Unity for Peace resolution, but due to the lack of a basis for these efforts and clear demands, no practical plan has been implemented to protect civilians in Gaza or stop the violence.

– The issuance of UN Security Council Resolution 2803 is another attempt by the United States to circumvent the ICC’s ruling, as the ICC verdict was issued against the scumbag Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his rotten defense minister on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity, based on a request submitted to the ICC by South Africa, Bangladesh, Bolivia, the Comoros, Djibouti, Mexico and Chile On May 20, 2024, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued requests to the First Chamber of the Court to issue arrest warrants and indictment of Netanyahu and Gallant for their participation in the commission of the crimes and for being direct bosses and pursuant to Articles (25 and 26) of the Rome Statute, the spokesman of the International Criminal Court, Fadi Al-Abdullah, confirmed in a statement to the “Sky News Arabia” website It was published on July 4, 2024 that “the arrest warrants   remain in force unless the judges of the court decide to withdraw them for a legal reason, and that there is currently nothing new regarding the arrest warrants previously issued by the court, despite the United States’ threat to impose sanctions on the ICC as a whole.”  It is a well-established principle in international law that a ceasefire or a peace agreement does not exempt people from criminal responsibility for crimes committed during the conflict, but I believe that the United States has settled in its horrors, despite the differences of its presidents, that it is a country that has reached an absolute degree of contempt for international law, as evidenced by the enactment of laws that go beyond its regional scope, such as the Economic Sanctions Law on Iran and Libya, the Sudan Peace Law, and the Sudan Peace Law. The liberation of Iraq and other laws that achieve American goals only, and for this reason, pressure will be exerted on the International Criminal Court directly or through a vote in the United Nations, and then the war in Gaza will end to acquit the criminals of the Zionist entity, which has made a superpower like the United States a safe haven for criminals, and in general, the United States will have to fight a new legal war with another adversary, as it does constantly with the Zionist entity, and then this entity, as usual, declares victory.   www.skynewsarabia.co

–  On November 18,  2025, the United Nations Security Council   approved the draft resolution  submitted by the United States of America to authorize the establishment of an “Interim International Force for Stabilization in the Gaza Strip”, after the support of 13 members and the abstention of Russia and China in the vote, and Resolution No. 2803 welcomed US President Donald Trump’s 20-point plan to end the conflict in Gaza, issued on September 29, 2025, and this resolution stipulated that the InternationalPeace Council He will assume ultimate responsibility for governing Gaza and overseeing a Palestinian technocratic administration that is currently being established through Palestinian-led talks in Cairo. While  last November the Security Council delegated  political bodies such as the Peace Implementation Council to manage the implementation of the 1995 Dayton Accords in Bosnia in 1995, embracing the Gaza Peace  Council and authorizing states to work with it is a leap forward Circumvention towards the internationalization of Gaza to become Gaza, and not the Palestinian issue as a whole, is the visible face of the conflict, and this simply means a complete copying of the stock of international resolutions on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip together, and the resolutions of international legitimacy regarding the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, as well as the internationalization itself, despite its connection to what the Trump plan referred to in point 19 of the Trump plan, which reads: “As the reconstruction of Gaza progresses and the Palestinian Authority reform program is faithfully implemented, conditions may finally be created for a credible path towards Palestinian self-determination and statehood, which we recognize is the aspiration of the Palestinian people:(.” After the Comprehensive Peace Agreement in 2005, the southerners achieved their state without going through the path of internationalization referred to in the Trump plan(2) the implementation of the Palestinian Authority reform program honestly (the Palestinian Authority, which in the final analysis is considered an idle power, is functioning efficiently as  a dummy puppet). The two criteria are quite flexible, as  the U.S. draft resolution authorized the Peace Council (U.S.-run) toestablish a multinational international security force overseen and managed by the Peace Council with a mandate to stabilize Gaza in close coordination with Israel and Egypt. The  draft resolution of the United States, which was approved and passed, stipulates  that it will supervise the disarmament of the Gaza Strip, which will include the disarmament of Hamas and other armed groups and ensure that they are not rearmed.     More than 9  months have passed since the ceasefire agreement was reached with Lebanon,  and neither the United States nor the Zionist entity has  succeeded in implementing UN Resolution 1701, which calls for the disarmament of Hezbollah by the Lebanese president, his government and his army, and there is no reference to the Zionist entity in the matter of disarming the Zionist entity, even as a punishment for the genocidal war. The date of the issuance of the Balfour Declaration extends from November 1917, which justified the Zionists to settle Palestine by force.

       – Among the distant reasons that the United States (and the Zionist entity) want to achieve by resorting to the UN Security Council are: (1) copying UN Security Council resolutions on the Palestinian issue and (2) giving an international flavor to the Trump plan.  And there is no dedicated council of political figures that have not been disclosed, so the Gaza Council will be given broad legal authority over governance, reconstruction and security in Gaza. It is not yet clear how the members of this council will be chosen. Is this the United States more likely or the UN Secretary-General? And this council is responsible to whom? Is there oversight over it or a system to hold it accountable? That was mentioned in President Trump’s plan and the frequent news that there are two personalitiesThey have a relationship with Gaza, namely the US President Trump, who is a supportive figure of the Zionist entity and contradictory and has a thick dust that extends throughout the course of his personal and political life together, and the other figure is former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, who is a figure with a conspiratorial yellow psyche that is not respected or reliable in the Middle East and is only relied on to achieve political disasters and set fire.

– In general, UN Security Council Resolution 2803 was drafted by a suspicious mediator, the United States, and approved by the Security Council of its members, between those who are conspirators and those who can be submissive and dictated, and among these are Arab countries that are devoid of will, and therefore there is no need to scrutinize this resolution, as its content is between being liquidating materials for the cause and other articles to save and secure the Zionist state led by a military other than those who lead the Arab countries. The Zionists know full well that their army is torn apart and the walls of their Ministry of Defense are cracked, and the American military knows this perfectly, and the Palestinian resistance is more aware of this as well.

Seeking to establish the international force :

Afghanistan), resolution 1031 (1995) (IFOR Bosnia), resolution 1701 (2006) (strengthening of the mandate of UNIFIL) and resolution 1546 (2004) (Multinational Force in Iraq)  Under Council resolution 2803: ”  Member States working with the Peace Council and the Council itself are authorized to establish an Interim International Stabilization Force (ISF) in Gaza to be deployed under a unified command acceptable to the Peace Council and to which troops from participating States contribute in close consultation and cooperation with the Arab Republic of Egypt and the State of Israel. Although the resolution on Gaza  was issued by the international body, it is likely that the United States, in consultation with its mistress the Zionist state, will form the Interim International Stabilization Force (ISF) independently of the opinion of the Palestinian people in Gaza, and I believe that this will be a major reason for Hamas’ rejection of this force, in addition to many other related reasons, including that it is a combat force.  In addition to all of the above, the expected covert and extraneous actions, some of which are referred to in UN Resolution 2803, will be taken by the so-calledBoP Peace Council in Gaza, which is, according to UN Resolution 2803, “a transitional administration with an international legal personality  “, i.e., any attack on this force can be taken by the United States, the Zionist entity, or both, as a pretext for authorizing international intervention in Gaza under the title: Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.

– The Security Council’s decision on its case, if it is attributed to American diplomats in the US Department of State or to the fallen advisor Jared Kushner and his lining, it is a sign not only of blind bias but also of mental retardation, and if it is attributed to  a municipality of the United States, it is a garbage bin belonging to it, this resolution was only formulated to be rejected, as it is contradictory and incoherent, and the relations between its twenty points are ambiguous. Its content, like Salad, is a direct result of the election of the worst and most ignorant American presidents: Donald Trump and his consequently monopoly administration.

– Due to the state of instability in the political relations between the countries of the Eastern Mediterranean and the countries that interfere with them in the Middle East, and the adoption of a two-sided policy by some of the countries of these two regions regarding the issue of Gaza, and the fear that Gaza will turn from being a political challenge to becoming a muddy quagmire with sudden repercussions, especially since the Americans, for reasons related to the strength of the Palestinian resistance and the apparent weakness of the regimes surrounding Gaza and the Zionist entity, preferred their intervention or, to say, their security and military follow-up to the international force to be established – until now. From the Gaza envelope and from Eilat, both of which were Palestinian, which is a reverse case to what the United States did during the era of the late US President Jimmy Carter in establishing the Multinational Force and Observers in Sinai (C.M.G.C.S), which was  born of pure American origin and whose administrative headquarters were in Rome, Italy, and was also an American service effort in order to tighten the security of the  Zionist entityUpon the adoption of Resolution 338 of 22 October 1973 by the United Nations Security Council, at its 1747th meeting, under the auspices of the United States and the Soviet Union, by 14 votes to none, the Security Council calls for: 1. Calls upon all parties involved in the current fighting to a complete ceasefire and to cease all military actions immediately within 12 hours from the date of the adoption of this resolution, and in the positions they now occupy;  2- Calls upon all parties concerned to start immediately after the ceasefire the implementation of Security Council resolution 242 (1967) in all its parts, 3- Decides that negotiations between the parties concerned shall begin immediately after the ceasefire and during it negotiations between the concerned parties under appropriate supervision with a view to establishing a just and lasting peace in the Middle East.  This was followed by the resumption of the practice of step-by-step diplomacy undertaken by Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, which began under the auspices of the United Nations, at the invitation of the commander of the International Emergency Forces, Enzio SilasVo, to both  Egypt and the Zionist entity for the Kilo 101 talks on the Suez/Cairo road, and this was the first application on the ground of the content of successive Security Council resolutions 338, 339 and 340. This was the last military intervention of United Nations military observers in Sinai or between Egypt and Israel, and the United States was not far from this stage, as it was following it closely due to the great importance it attaches to this region, which is exactly what Mr. Harold Saunders, the US Assistant Secretary of State for Near East and South Asian Affairs, meant in his speech to the World Affairs Council in St. Louis on November 6, 1979, when he said: “There is a One of the important and different interests of the United States  is that what is gathering in the Middle East today more than in any other region of the developing world, and the United States no longer has the option to determine the distance between it from what is happening there.”[1] In this context, Egypt and Israel signed in Geneva on January 18, 1974, the first agreement for the disengagement between their forces, and then the second disengagement agreement was signed in Alexandria on September 1, 1975.  After the signing of the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel in Washington on March 26, 1979 and the end of the state of war under it, the order required to comply with the military requirements contained in Annex 1 of this peace treaty, which are unbalanced requirements and arrangements as estimated by some, and Egypt was not willing to create a monitoring and follow-up force to implement the provisions of the peace treaty signed with the Zionist entity on March 26, 1979.However, the  two poles agreed that the agreement of the first and second chapters of the Egyptian and Zionist forces should be in Geneva or inside the Geneva Peace Conference and not outside it, as the United States later did by removing it from this framework, because the Soviet Union was not satisfied with the American approach to the peace process and therefore did not participate in these two agreements.  This was confirmed when the Egyptian Foreign Minister Kamal Hassan Ali sent a letter dated 21 April 1981 to the President of the United Nations Security Council, Noel Darr, stating that “for this purpose, my Government has instructed me to contact you with the aim of consulting the members of the Security Council to confirm the role of the United Nations, especially whether the Security Council will facilitate the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Egyptian territory and participate in the mutual security arrangements referred to above through the establishment of the force and observers provided for in the treaty. Egyptian-Israeli Peace”, and the President of the Security Council, Masahiro Nisibori,  responded to the request of the Egyptian Foreign Minister in a letter sent to the latter on 18 May 1981 which read: “With reference to your letter of 21 April 1981, I have the honour to inform you that my individual consultations have resulted in the inability of the members of the Security Council for various reasons to reach an agreement on the proposal mentioned in your letter”. The Egyptian/Zionist peace treaty was registered with the United Nations Secretariat on May 15, 1979 in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations, but it was a controversial treaty at that time and remained so until the Madrid Peace Conference held in the Spanish capital from October 30 to November 1, 1991, under the auspices of the United States and the Soviet Union, in which Syria, the Palestine Liberation Organization, Lebanon and Jordan participated, in addition to the Zionist regime.  However, the C.M.G.C. continued to operate outside the United Nations system, and this force is a “peacekeeping” force, which Egypt, the Zionist entity and the United States signed on August 3, 1981 in Washington the protocol for its establishment after tripartite negotiations that resulted in this protocol, which is immersed in detail with the annex attached to it, in which it was stipulated that it is a complement to the protocol itself, and according to the annex to the protocol for the establishment of the force in clause 19 of it, it indicated that its size consists of a headquarters and three infantry battalions. Its total personnel exceeds 2000 personnel, a coastal patrol unit, an observer unit, a navigation element, administrative affairs units, and signals, and according to what is stated in item 34, this force has to start practicing its duties on April 25, 1982 (after the Zionist forces were completely evacuated from Sinai*(2)). With the various files of bilateral relations between the two countries  and the current composition of the multinational force and observers in Sinai, consisting of 13 countries, including NATO member states, the US forces alone represent nearly 40% of the force population that does not exceed 2000 troops, followed by Colombia and Fiji in terms of size, and the annual budget of the forces is estimated in one estimate at approximately 65 million US dollars, shared by Egypt and Israel, and on the other side in the region (D) There are approximately 50 observers, all of whom are civilians, and the force is managed from its headquarters in Rome, in addition to two regional headquarters in Cairo and Tel Aviv, and in my estimation, the establishment of the C.C.G.C.C. from a purely American point of view is based on the concept of ensuring Israel’s security, which in the estimation of successive American administrations is considered a supreme American interest included in the “American National Security Strategy”, so its continuation has been subject to the foundations of this strategy.  Therefore, the C.P.C.C. was and still is one of the tools of the United States in supporting the security of the Zionist entity, which removes much of the content of the concept of being “just a peacekeeping force” as Egypt is supposed to be, and there is various evidence that the United States has used several means included in its bilateral relations with Egypt to adapt some Egyptian policies, including American aid and the “C.M.G.C.S.”  The force was employed by the United States to be a tool of pressure like other components of its relations with Egypt.

In my estimation, there is some similarity between the two cases of the planned establishment of the international force in Gaza and the state  of the US military/security presence in the Sinai Peninsula through the multinational force and observers in Sinai, which  has been doubly important due to the Gaza war, in addition to the fact that its primary function, as I have pointed out, is to achieve the maximum attribute to Zionist national security. However, the unique location of the Sinai Peninsula between Africa and the Asian part of the so-called Greater Middle East is considered a point of connection and contact between the two Central Military Commands (USCENTCOM and AFRICOM), which justifies the US military to intensify its military/security deployment in the Sinai Peninsula through the AFRICOM, especially since the African Command is AFRICOM.It is active in the scope of the Sahara Desert extending from Nouadibo in Mauritania on the Atlantic in the west to the Western Desert in Egypt in the east to follow up and proactively confront what Washington describes as “terrorist groups and organizations”, and for this purpose it has established a  drones  base in the vicinity of the city of  Agadez in northern Niger and another in central Mali in Mpoti and others, and it is theoretically conceivable – at least – that there is a link between the three of them and it is not excluded that it will do so in Sinai – if Egypt agrees. .

For this purpose, the United States is contacting certain countries for this purpose, and  the website almahjar.net published on October 30, 2025, that in an important security development in Gaza, the United States asked Singapore to send officers to join the international force to be formed to stabilize security in Gaza, according to the Zionist newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth”, this step comes in light of the refusal of several countries, mostly Arab, to participate in this force.

Establishment of the American base in the vicinity of Gaza :
