الملخص:

تعاني الاقلية الكردية في كل بقاع العالم من العديد من المشاكل سوآء على  مستوى التمثيل السياسي أو على مستوى الحفاظ على الهوية والتمسك بحقهم في الحكم الذاتي أو الحفاظ على لغتهم، وغيرها من المشكلات التي قد تعترض وتهدد وجودهم وكيانهم، أما على مستوى الجانب الإنساني فيعاني ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عموما والمعاقين سمعياً من بعض التهميش ليس لدى هذه الاقلية فحسب بل في كل دول العالم النامية منها والمتحضر، لذلك عكف الباحث على إجراء هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على المشكلات والتحديات الاجتماعية التي يعاني منها الأطفال الصم وضعاف السمع من هذه الاقلية ( ضعاف السمع والصم في معهد هيوا للإعاقة السمعية بأربيل بكردستان العراق نموذجا) حيث تعتبر الإعاقة السمعية من أكثر التحديات التي تواجه الأفراد والمجتمعات، وتقف حائلا أمام تقدمها وتطورها، كما تلعب دورا هاما في الخلل الواضح في تواصل الفرد مع أقرانه وبيئته المحيطة به ومجتمعه، حيث أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة بلغت ( 20 )  موظفا ومعلما من معلمي ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، كما واستعانت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، كما استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لبلوغ أهدافها، واستخدمت عددا من الأساليب الإحصائية منها المتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، والوزن النسبي، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل الثبات ألفاكرونباخ، ومعامل الثبات بطريقة التجزئة النصفية، واختبار(ت)، وأسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة عن وجود مشاكل اجتماعية كثيرة يعاني منها الأطفال الصم وضعاف السمع، وبدرجة كبيرة جدا حيث يمكننا القول بأن الأطفال الصم وضعاف السمع يعانون من مشاكل كبيرة جدا في الجانب الاجتماعي، والتواصل مع الآخرين نتيجة فقدانهم لحاسة السمع، وما انبثق منها مشاكل أثرت بشكل عام على تواصلهم وتفاعلهم مع الآخرين ومع بيئتهم المحيطة بهم ومجتمعهم الذي يعيشون فيه، ومن تلك المشاكل الاجتماعية الخجل، وعدم القدرة على تكوين صداقات وعلاقات مع الآخرين، والسلبية، وعدم الثقة بالنفس، وعدم التكيف مع البيئة المحيطة بهم، وعدم قدرة الآخرين على التواصل مع المحيط والعكس صحيح، وعدم المشاركة في الألعاب الجماعية، أيضا من المشكلات الاجتماعية التي يعاني منها الأطفال الصم وضعاف السمع قلة الأصدقاء، وفقدان التقدير الاجتماعي، الحساسية المفرطة، الاعتماد على الغير، الميل إلى العزلة الاجتماعية والانطوائية، وعدم احترام القوانين والتشريعات والنظم واللوائح، عدم المشاركة في المناسبات الاجتماعية، كما أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة والتي تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكور /اناث )، يوصي الباحث في هذه الدراسة بالاهتمام بهذه الفئة، وتوفير كافة الدعم المادي والمعنوي بجميع أشكاله، وتوفير كافة السبل الممكنة لحلحلة كل تلك المشاكل التي يعانيها المعاقين سمعيا على جميع المستويات وخصوصا على الجانب الاجتماعي.

Abstract

The Kurdish minority in all parts of the world suffers from many problems, whether at the level of political representation or at the level of preserving identity and adhering to their right to self-rule or preserving their language, and other problems that may obstruct and threaten their existence and entity. As for the humanitarian aspect, people with needs suffer. In general, the hearing-impaired suffer from some marginalization, not only among this minority, but also in all countries of the world, both developing and civilized. Therefore, the researcher set out to conduct this study, which aims to shed light on the social problems and challenges that deaf and hard-of-hearing children from this minority (hard of hearing) suffer from. The deaf at the Hiwa Institute for Hearing Disability in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan is a model. Hearing disability is considered one of the most challenging challenges facing individuals and societies, and stands as an obstacle to their progress and development. It also plays an important role in the apparent defect in the individual’s communication with his peers, his surrounding environment, and his community, where this study was conducted. On a sample of (20) employees, male and female teachers with hearing disabilities at the Hiwa Institute for Hearing Impairment in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan. The study also used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information. It also used the descriptive analytical approach to achieve its goals. It also used a number of statistical methods, including the arithmetic average. The standard deviation, the relative weight, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient, the reliability coefficient using the split-half method, and the t-test. The results of this study revealed the presence of many social problems suffered by deaf and hard-of-hearing children, and to a very large extent, where we can say that deaf children The hearing impaired suffer from very major problems in the social aspect and communicating with others as a result of their loss of the sense of hearing, and the resulting problems that generally affected his communication and interaction with others and with his surrounding environment and the community in which he lives. Among these social problems are shyness and the inability to Forming friendships and relationships with others, negativity, lack of self-confidence, failure to adapt to the environment surrounding them, the inability of others to communicate with him and vice versa, and not participating in group games. Also, among the social problems that deaf and hard of hearing children suffer from are lack of friends, and loss of Social appreciation, excessive sensitivity, dependence on others, tendency towards social isolation and introversion, lack of respect for laws, legislation, rules and regulations, lack of participation in social events. The results of this study also resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of responses of the study sample members, which is attributed to the variable Gender (male/female) The researcher in this study also recommends paying attention to this group, providing all financial and moral support in all its forms, and providing all possible ways to solve all the problems that the hearing impaired suffer from at all levels, especially on the social side.
