هدف البحث لدراسة فاعلية تكنلوجيا الاتصـال في البرامج التعليمية والتعرف على الوسائل الاتصالية المستخدمة في العلمية التعليمية والتعليم المفتوح بالجامعات، وتقويم تجربة الجامعة العربية عامة وفرع السـودان على وجه الخصوص، وكيفية استغلال التكنولوجيا الحديثة والإستفادة منها في العملية التعليمية والبرامج التعليمية التي ظهرت وتطورت مع ظهور التكنولوجيا في أشكال التعليم المفتوح وعن بعد والالكتروني والمدمج، أتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه الأنسب لبحوث الاتصال والأعلام، وتمثلت مشكله البحث في السؤال الرئيس ما فاعلية تكنلوجيا الاتصال في البرامج التعليمية؟ واستخدمت الدراسة العديد من أدوات البحث العلمي منها الملاحظة والمقابلة وإداءة الاستبيان لجمع عينة البحث والتي تكونت من (60) طالباً من طلاب الجامعة العربية المفتوحة فرع السودان من مختلف الفئات والتخصصات تم اختيارهم حصريا للإجابة على أسئلة الاستبانة، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً ببرنامج إلفا كرو نباخ لقياس معامل الصدق والثبات للمتغيرات وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: توجد في الجامعة العربية المفتوحة خطه استراتيجية كامله لتحقيق أهداف التعليم المفتوح والإلكتروني والمدمج، وتتيح الجامعة العربية المفتوحة المناهج التعليمية المعدة بالمواقع الخاصة بها عبر تطبيق micro soft team بدلا عن go to training الذي تستخدمه الجامعة العربية المفتوحة في المنصات التعليمية بين الأساتذة والطلاب. ويواجه غالبيه طلاب الجامعة العربية المفتوحة فرع السودان مشكله لغة التدريس المستخدمة وهي اللغة الإنجليزية البريطانية المعتمدة من الجامعة البريطانية المفتوحة الأم وفرع الكويت المركزي، وتشمل الفروع التسعة الموجودة بالمنطقة العربية والسودان، وأهم التوصيات: ضرورة ضمان الجودة بواسطة هيئة المواصفات والمقاييس العالمية للتعليم العالي في المنطقة العربية عامه وبالجامعات السودانية خاصة حتى ترقى جامعاتنا بالتصنيف العالمي بكل أنواعة، وإعداد وتقويم المدخلات والمخرجات وكيفية معالجتها لتعديل مسار العملية التعلمية في برامج التعليم المفتوح والنظامي بالجامعات العربية والسودانية.

Abstract

This research aimed to study the effectiveness of communication technology in educational programs and its reflections on the academic performance of university students through applying it on the Arab Open University, Sudan branch, and identifying the means of communication used in the educational process and open education at universities. The experience of the Arab Open University in general and Sudan branch in particular, is based on how to utilize the modern technology and benefit from it in the educational process and its positive impact on the university student. And educational programs that have emerged and developed with the emergence of technology in the forms of open, distance, electronic and integrated education, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach because it is the most relevant for communication and media research, the Arab Open University has an integrated strategic plan to achieve the goals of open, electronic and blended education, the research problem was represented in the main question: What is the effectiveness of communication technology in the field of educational programs and how does it affect the academic performance of the university student? the researcher used many scientific research tools, including observation, interview, and questionnaire performance in order to collect the research sample, which consisted of (60) students from the Arab Open University, Sudan branch, and from various categories and disciplines, selected exclusively to answer the questions of the questionnaire, the data were statistically processed using the Alpha Cronbach program to measure the validity and reliability coefficient of the variables. The study concluded the most important results, which are as follows: there is a complete strategic plan at the Arab Open university to achieve the student’s goals and qualify him/her for admission to the global market, the Arab Open University provides the educational curricula prepared on its own websites through the Microsoft team application instead of (the Go to Training) that the Arab Open University uses on educational platforms between the professors and students, the vast majority of students of the Arab pen university, Sudan branch, face the problem of the language of instruction used, which is British English, which is approved by the main British Open University and the Central Branch in Kuwait. It includes the nine branches in the Arab Region and Sudan, the researcher recommended the following: Disseminating the experience of the Arab Open University and its technical richness to the higher education institutions whether in private, national or government universities in Sudan, the researcher also recommends the administrative stability of university employees and administrators for the longest possible period in order to benefit from their creativity and innovations, recommends and encourages the students, researchers and instructors to turn to the Arab Open University, Sudan Branch, in order to benefit from the available training courses and modern technology.
