ملخص:
إن الاطماع الفارسية في المنطقة العربية قديمة جدا وتمتد إلى ما قبل الاسلام ولم تنتهى تلك الأطماع حتى بعد سقوط الدولة الصفوية ، وكأن الأطماع التوسعية على حساب المنطقة العربية عقيدة فارسية قديمة متجذرة تمتد وتتجدد من الآباء إلى الأبناء وهذا ما أكده معظم ساسة ايران منذ الثورة الايرانية بقيادة الخميني والى يومنا هذا فإيران تعتبر أن العراق جزء من ايران تاريخياً، وأن البحرين محافظة ايرانية ، فانكشفت الأطماع الايرانية التوسعية القديمة بالمنطقة العربية مرة أخرى، والتي تهدف إلى اقامة حزام شيعي يضم العراق وسوريا ولبنان واليمن، ومحاولة تصدير ثورتها للبلاد المجاورة لتحقيق طموحاتها، وهذا هو سبب كتابة هذا البحث، وهو لفت الانتباه للأطماع الإيرانية ببلادنا العربية عامة، ومنطقة الخليج العربي خاصة وضرورة تصدي الشعوب العربية وأنظمتها ومواجهة تلك الأطماع والمخططات والانتباه لها.
وقد كان احتلال إيران للجزرالإماراتية الثلاث، طنب الكبرى وطنب الصغرى وأبو موسى جزءا من تلك المخططات التي تسعى إيران خلفها لنهب خيراتها والاستيلاء على أراضيها، وتهديد المنطقة بأسرها، وحلقة من سلسلة طويلة من الأطماع والأحقاد في منطقتنا العربية عامة، وبلاد الخليج خاصة، وسنتناول احتلال إيران للجزر الإماراتية الثلاث أبوموسى وطنب الكبرى والصغرى، من خلال عدة نقاط نبدأها ببيان التعريف بالجزر وتاريخ الأطماع الإيرانية فيها وموقف دولة الأمارات في مبحث أول، وبعد أن احتلت إيران الجزر الإمارتية الثلاث ارتكبت العديد من الانتهاكات بتلك الجزر، ولذلك يجب علينا أن نبين أثاراحتلال إيران للجزر الثلاث والانتهاكات التي ارتكبتها في ضوء القانون الدولي وحجج كل منهما، وهو موضوع المبحث الثاني، وأخيراً نتناول طبيعة الوسائل التي اتبعتها دولة الإمارات للتسوية مع إيران،ونختم البحث بخاتمة قصيرة نوجز فيها ما توصلنا إليه من نتائج وما نوصي به من توصيات لمواجهة تلك الأطماع.
Abstract
Persian ambitions in the Arab region are very old and extend to pre-Islamic times, and those ambitions did not end even after the fall of the Safavid state, as if expansionist ambitions at the expense of the Arab region were an old rooted Persian belief that extended and renewed from fathers to children, and this is what most Iranian politicians have confirmed since the Iranian revolution, led by Khomeini and to this day Iran considers that Iraq is historically part of Iran, and Bahrain is an Iranian province. The old Iranian expansionist ambitions in the Arab region have been exposed once again, which aims to establish a Shiite belt that includes Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen, and try to export its revolution to neighboring countries to achieve its ambitions. He is the reason for writing this paper, and it draws attention to Iranian ambitions in our Arab countries in general, and the Arab Gulf region in particular, and the need to confront the Arab peoples and their systems, confront those ambitions and plans, and pay attention to them.
Iran’s occupation of the three Emirati islands, Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb and Abu Musa, was part of those plans that Iran is seeking to plunder its wealth and seize its lands, threatening the entire region, and one of a long series of ambitions and hatreds in our Arab region in general, and the Gulf countries in particular, and we will deal with the occupation Iran belongs to the three Emirati islands, Abu Musa and Tunb, Greater and Lesser, through several points that we start by explaining the definition of the islands, the history of Iranian ambitions in them, and the position of the Emirates in a first discussion, and after Iran occupied the three Emirati islands, many violations were committed in those islands, and therefore we must show the effects Iran’s occupation of the three islands, and the violations it committed in the light of international law and their respective arguments, which is the subject of the second topic, and finally we address the nature of the means that the United Arab Emirates adopted for settlement with Iran, and we conclude the discussion with a short conclusion in which we summarize the results we have reached and the recommendations we recommend.Recommendations to face those ambitions.
