الملخص.

سنشرع في دراستنا هذه الى تثبيت حقيقة التفاعل الغالبة وتناول ابعادها ، تلك الابعاد التي لم تنل منها العوامل الضاغطة والمؤثرة في العلاقات بين العرب وايران طالما بقي الوعي المدرك لحقائق الجوار والارتباط فضلا عن الحقائق القيمية الموحدة ، حاضرة وتستدعيها كل الظروف والاحوال لان شروط البقاء لم تحدد وجهات نظر بل هي امور جبرية وادوات تفرض نفسها لتأخير العلاقة.وجابه الباحث صعوبة كبيرة في رصف تلك الابعاد كونها لم تعد بتلك البساطة لاسيما في اقليم تميز بتشابك علاقاته وتعقدها وتصاعد مشاكله وازماته.وعلى هذا الاساس بدأ الجميع في حيرة لاختيار المسار الذي يوصلهم لبناء نوع من الفهم لطبيعة الوضع بين العرب وايران.فالبعض استحسن الخوض في تفسير طبيعة العلاقة بين الطرفين.وفقا لمسار الكلي الذي يعتمد في جوهره على الزمن كونه كاشف لمحطات التباعد والالتقاء بين الاطراف جميعا فضلا عما يكشفه التواصل الزمني، ماحصل وتقدم توضيحا لما سيحصل .بينما اتجه البعض الاخر، وهو يختزن حقائق الماضي، الى تبني معيار قيمي يقوم على تشكيل صورة تعتمد على حقيقتين ؛ماهو سبب مايحصل ، وماهو المسار المتوقع للاحداث المؤثرة واتجاهاته.والثانية تنص على اخذ الحاضر بسيولته ليصل الى حسم يعبر عنه….ينبغي علينا او عليهم ان يفعلوا كذا….كذا، اما الرهط الاخر فقد اعتمد مسار او اسلوب المشهد بحيث يكون اي تطور للعلاقة بين الاطراف في اتجاه محدد رهن بتوافر شروط معينة.

ولان لكل مسار حجمه ومنطقه.فأن الباحث وهو المأخوذ بنسبية الخيار لاسيما في العلاقة بين العرب وجيرانهم فضلا عن اطلاعه على الانتقادات الموجهة للخيارات العاملة، رأى جمع محآسن هذه المسارات لبناء مسار جديد،تصور جديد يقوم على اساس فصل ابعاد التفاعل كل حسب فصيلته معتمدين على مايلفها من تعقيد وتشوه ، فضلا عن تضارب المدركات التي تملكها الاطراف والتي يصعب على الجميع أتخاذ مسار محدد يجمع كل هذه الابعاد في صورة واحدة تؤسس في البداية لان تكون منطلقا للمعالجة دون ان ينكر علاقات الترابط بين حصائل المعالجة .وعليه تكون الصورة كالتالي:

• اولا: البعد الامني.
• ثانيا: البعد السياسي.
• ثالثا: البعد الاقتصادي.
• رابعا: البعد الاجتماعي- الثقافي.

لتسهل بتكاملها الاجابة عن سؤال عام بسيط ولكنه معقد ومتشعب….الى اين تسير العلاقات العربية- الايرانية؟وكما يبدو ان الاجابة بدت محملة بالكثير من القضايا الفرعية تصلح كل واحدة منها ان تكون موضوعا خاصا مستقلا الا انها تشترك جميعا في رسو واحد من حيث تشخيصها لحقائق وابعاد التفاعل الحاضر ومآلاته المستقبلية.وتحققا من تلك الاجابة دعونا نبحث في.

Abstract

In our study, we will proceed to establish the reality of the prevailing interaction and address its dimensions, those dimensions that were not affected by the pressing and influencing factors in the relations between the Arabs and Iran as long as the aware awareness of the realities of neighborhood and connection, as well as the unifying realities of values, are present and called for by all circumstances and conditions because the conditions for survival did not specify destinations. Rather, they are compulsory matters and tools that impose themselves to delay the relationship. The researcher faced great difficulty in paving these dimensions, as they are no longer that simple, especially in a region characterized by the intertwining and complexity of its relationships and the escalation of its problems and crises. On this basis, everyone began at a loss to choose the path that leads them to build a kind of understanding Due to the nature of the situation between the Arabs and Iran. Some preferred to delve into the interpretation of the nature of the relationship between the two parties. According to the course of the whole, which in essence depends on time, as it reveals the stations of divergence and convergence between all parties, as well as what the temporal communication reveals, what happened and provided an explanation of what will happen.
