المستخلص :

تناولت هذه الدراسة مفهوم التخطيط الاداري وأهميته وخصائصه، مع بيان تأثيرها على أداء المؤسسات بشكل عام وبالتطبيق على كليات الخليج بحفر الباطن على وجه الخصوص. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحليل البيانات والمعلومات إحصائيا استخدم الباحث برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) للوقوف على تأثير التخطيط الإداري على الأداء المؤسسي بكلية الخليج بحفر الباطن. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأهم ما جاء في المراجع العربية والأجنبية المتعلقة بأدبيات الدراسة ومنهج دراسة الحالة، وأسلوب الاستقصاء، عن طريق تصميم الاستبانة ثم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة صمم الباحث استبانة وفق الخطوات العلمية لاستخدامها في جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة، اختار الباحث عينة قصديه قوامها (40) فردا. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في عنوان الدراسة أثر التخطيط الاداري على الاداء المؤسسي بكليات الخليج، اختار الباحث فرضية رئيسية فحواها ما هو أثر التخطيط الاداري على الاداء المؤسسي بكلية الخليج بحفر الباطن؟ تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي للتعرف على أثر التخطيط الاداري على الاداء المؤسسي السائد في كلية الخليج بحفر الباطن بالمملكة العربية السعودية. من النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة ضرورة تعزيز وضوح الأهداف: يجب على الكلية العمل على تحديد أهداف واضحة وقابلة للقياس، والتأكد من أن جميع العاملين والطلاب على دراية بها. تطوير سياسات فعالة: ينبغي مراجعة وتحديث السياسات بشكل دوري لضمان فعاليتها وملاءمتها للمتغيرات، والعمل على تطبيقها بشكل عادل وشفاف. وضع قواعد منظمة: يجب وضع قواعد واضحة ومنظمة تغطي جميع جوانب العمل في الكلية، وتطبيقها بشكل صارم وعادل.

Abstract

This study dealt with the concept of administrative planning, its importance and characteristics, while showing its impact on the performance of institutions in general and applied to the Gulf colleges in particular, with the Al-Khaleej Al-Beatain Drilling Drilling. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and for analytical data and information analysis statistically, the researcher used the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to assess the impact of administrative planning on the institutional performance of the Gulf University in Al-Baten Drilling .The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach of the most important Arabic and foreign references to the study literature, the case study method and the survey method by designing the questionnaire and then distributing it to the sample of the study. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher designed a survey based on scientific steps to be used in the collection of data related to the study, he selected a sample of 40 individuals. The problem with the study title was the impact of administrative planning on the institutional performance in the Gulf colleges. The researcher chose the main hypothesis, which is the effect of administrative planning on the institutional performance at the Gulf University in Hafr Al-Baten. The main objective of this study is to identify the impact of administrative planning on the institutional performance of the College of the Gulf in Hafr al-Batin in Saudi Arabia. One of the findings of the study is the need to promote clarity of goals The college must work to set clear and measurable goals, and make sure all workers and students are aware of them. Develop effective policies Policies should be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure their effectiveness, appropriateness to variables, and their fair and transparent application. Establish regulations Clear and structured rules covering all aspects of the work in the College must be established and strictly and fairly applied.
